2017/18 Camp Registration Information

Box Lacrosse Training Programs

The Coquitlam Junior Adanacs are pleased to present Peak Lacrosse Academy delivering quality training programs to Box Lacrosse players in the Lower Mainland. For 2017/18, Peak Lacrosse will deliver very dynamic sessions to prepare players for the upcoming Box season. These sessions are open to all Lower Mainland Lacrosse players.

Programs being delivered in 2017/18 are:

  • Winter Performance Programs for Novice, PeeWee, Bantam and Midget
  • Fun Lacrosse Program - Designed for new players primarily focused on the Mini-Tyke/Tyke aged player (4-8 years old in 2018) but older kids may join if they want to learn the very basics of Lacrosse and try it out before committing to registering for the season.   • Tyke Young Guns Program - A program specifically designed for Tyke players. This can be for new Tyke players or second year Tyke players and will have Coaches teaching age-specific drills and skills designed to prepare the players for the upcoming season. Fast paced drills to advance knowledge of positions, skills for proper offence and defence and stick skills with using regulation balls.
  • Boys/Girls Rust Removal Program - Designed for different age groups specific to the players and gets players prepared for evaluations/try-outs while also teaching advanced skills from Professional Players. Once completed, players will be confident in their skills and ready for the Box season.

All sessions are delivered by current, past or future Professional Lacrosse players. Many of our Coaches are currently playing either Intermediate A, Junior A, Senior A or the Professional NLL league. All drills and programs are delivered according to CLA specifications with properly certified Coaches.

2017 Bantam "A" Winter Box Performance

Designed for players who played Bantam "A" in 2017 or 1st year Bantam players who played PeeWee "A" in the 2017 Season.

Advanced skills will be taught incorporating drills and techniques used by top Box Lacrosse programs. Players will be shown proper footwork, stick skills, off-ball positioning and offensive/defensive skills.

5 Sessions will run Saturdays from 11:00AM to 12:15PM from November 11th to December 16th. There will be no sessions on December 2nd. All sessions at the Coquitlam Forum Arena.

Birth-years are 2004 and 2005


2017 Midget "A" Winter Box Performance

Designed for players who played Midget "A" in 2017 or 1st year Midget players who played Bantam "A" in the 2017 Season.

Advanced skills will be taught incorporating drills and techniques used by top Box Lacrosse programs. Players will be shown proper footwork, stick skills, off-ball positioning and offensive/defensive skills.

Practice sessions will be designed identically to a typical Junior "A" practice

5 Sessions will run Saturdays from 12:30PM to 1:45PM from November 11th to December 16th. There will be no sessions on December 2nd. All sessions at the Coquitlam Forum Arena.

Birth-years are 2002 and 2003


2017 Novice "A" Winter Box Performance

Designed for players who played Novice "A" in 2017 or 1st year Novice players who are advanced and ready to play "A" level Box Lacrosse in 2018.

Players will be taught proper age-appropriate skills and techniques that will accelerate their development and prepare them for the upcoming season.

5 Sessions will run Fridays from 6:00PM to 7:15PM from November 10th to December 15th. There will be no sessions on December 1st. All sessions at the Coquitlam Forum Arena.

Birth-years are 2008 and 2009


2017 Peewee "A" Winter Box Performance

Designed for players who played PeeWee "A" in 2017 or 1st year PeeWee players who played Novice "A" in the 2017 Season.

Advanced skills will be taught incorporating drills and techniques used by top Box Lacrosse programs. Players will be shown proper footwork, stick skills, off-ball positioning and offensive/defensive skills.

5 Sessions will run Fridays from 7:30PM to 8:45PM from November 10th to December 15th. There will be no sessions on December 1st. All sessions at the Coquitlam Forum Arena.

Birth-years are 2006 and 2007
