Boys Rust Removal Program

Updated Monday January 9, 2017 by Peak Lacrosse Academy.

Our Rust Removal sessions are designed to reinforce Box Lacrosse skills and prepare the players for Evaluations or Try Outs in the upcoming season.

Coaches will work on dynamic drills which will be age-appropriate depending on the group and will be designed to push the players while reinforcing basics. Sessions will be progressive so skills can be built throughout the program.

Program will run for 6 weeks on Saturdays starting January 28th and ending on March 11th. We will not have a session on weekend of February 10th as this is Field Provincial weekend.
